Number of sessions
Some clients seek one or two focused sessions. Others benefit from a longer process. The number and frequency of sessions will be discussed together and reviewed over time.

Ending counselling
Counselling may end when your goals have been substantially addressed, you feel more confident managing the concern, you wish to pause, or another form of support is more appropriate.
