Cancellation Policy
Clear terms for cancellations, rescheduling, late arrival and eligible refunds.
Effective 22 July 2026. Please read this page alongside the privacy and appointment terms relevant to your session.
Changing an appointment
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Later cancellations may be charged because the time has been reserved for you.
Late arrival
A late arrival does not normally extend the scheduled finishing time. If the counsellor must cancel, you will be offered a new time or a refund of the affected fee.
Refunds
Duplicate payments and eligible practice-side technical failures are reviewed promptly. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
